Rust Kill neutralises rust with Phosphoric Acid. It has no inbuilt primer.
Directions: Apply PACER Rust Kill with a paint brush and allow to penetrate for at least 30 minutes or until the rust changes colour. Rinse with water and allow to dry. Apply metal primer and repair as usual.
